If you are a vegetarian or have any dietary restrictions I would avoid this location. Food poisoning guaranteed.Vegetarian options: Even if you order multiple things vegetarian they will still put meat on something and you will be sick

The best thing I can say is the buildings new but as per usual staffed by incompetent people who can follow a tag...sat in the drive thru line for 40 MINS just to still have everything WRONG.... also thanks for over loading a paper bag... waste of time and money

Food was hot but that's about it. Our burritos weren't very filled and the sour cream was minuscule at best. But like always I did lose 6lbs after eating a pound of food so I guess that's a bonus.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars... they got my order COMPLETLY wrong, then argued and cussed at me that it was correct! This is the worst fast food place I've ever been to! I definitely will NOT be back if this is how they treat their customers!!
The staff there does not know the meaning of customer service. This is the most unfriendly Taco Bell I have ever been to. You will not get a Hi, Bye or Thank you from this drive thru. They hand you a bag and when you ask if that if your order is complete, they just nod at you while glancing at their cell phone. This place is as friendly as the Burger King next door and that's not saying much.

I waited in line for 30 min because the drive thru was only open I didn't get my order I didn't get the cinimin twist and when I called to report that I didn't get my correct order the phone was going to a fax machine

The Kiosk should not be your only ordering option, but that was the case. I'm generally fine with the Kiosk, but when there are 2 Kiosks and 3 people over the age of 80 trying to operate them with no assistance, it tends to lose its convenience. I stepped to the counter where I was told Kiosk only. When I told the woman, who didn't even have the decency to step to the counter to address me, she offered no solution and scurried to the back. This location has declined terribly since Covid. If it's not urgent, drive 2 and a half miles west to a cleaner, better, more efficient location.
