Very busy location but often worth the wait. Recommend their call ahead feature on their website. Service is always excellent and never had a bad experience.Parking: Parking lot is often full because there is another popular diner that shares the same lot.

Very sweet! First time here and they treated us very nicely, the staff was amazing! Manager came and gave us a bag of peanuts to welcome us here for the first time! Highly highly recommend

Service was poor, our host didn’t bring us rolls when we were sat as usual, the server was confused on why they didn’t bring us any when the window was full of them.After leaving, I had received an aggressive phone call being accused of dining & dashing, stating they have my plate number & was calling the police. Which was funny because we didn’t even make it to the car. I informed them I paid via online with the receipt… I regret tipping & have no intentions upon returning after being treated like that & leaving a 50% tip.Don’t give customers the option to pay online if you’re going to treat them like trash when they do. I plan on email corporate.

I ordered to go and to go needs a better process than leaving boxes open next to a door that's constantly open because my food was cold when I got it and what I witness with my own eyes a lot of people had cold food that night who ordered to go.

I can’t really rate the food as we never got seated. We arrived at 9:30pm and stood there for over 15 minutes and nobody tried to help us. A man walked in behind us to pick up a to go order, who was helped instantly. We were told only the bar is open seating but the bar was full and nobody tried to assist us so we left. I’ve been to a lot of Texas Roadhouses and this is BY FAR the worst service I have ever witnessed.
