By far the worst smoothies we've ever had. I basically chewed ice and strawberry chunks. Both smoothies must've been put in the blender for 2 seconds if at all. We will make sure to go to our local location where the smoothies are well blended and always taste great. What a waste of money!!!

This visit was to get my food replaced and Haley was the manager on duty tonight. She was extremely nice, giving me no issues replacing the food and even gave me a little smoothie for the inconvenience:)) I’ll be backkk

I ordered my food through the tropical smoothie app 2/5/24, door dash picked my order up and delivered it to the wrong address because they had a double order. I had to contact door dash and tropical smoothie MULTIPLE TIMES. Door dash refunded my money back to tropical smoothie, tropical smoothie told me I had to wait until the manager got to it. I then was able to speak with the manager and she told me I had to wait to a higher up manager get to it. Then I was told, they had to request a refund for my money. I was then told they couldn’t do it cause it was over $20. Then was told they were able to do it, but something is wrong with their refund system and I have to wait until it’s fixed in order for me to get my money back. It is now 2/17/24 and I’m still waiting for my refund of $24.86 to be sent back to my Apple Pay.

Disappointed again! Shouldn’t a hummus wrap have hummus in it? They should have called it a pickled onion wrap, because 90% of it was pickled onions. Why can’t you just create the item on your own

Girl with messy hair and clear fake lashes was incredibly rude to me. I just came in for a birthday drink and she seemed so irritated to help and like she didn't want to be there at all. Get a different job if this place makes you that miserable.

Ordered delivery from here 3 times, forgot half my order and my straws every time. So yeah, if you want food from here, pick it up instead so you can actually say something when they forget everything.

Decided to walk & today to get me a nice smoothie when I walked into the store no one was at the cash register but a curly head girl did see me she didn’t speak or say someone will be with you then soon as I turned around there was a nice lady by the name of jasmine that took my order had a very nice smile & actually looked like she wanted to be there s/0 to her that’s the type of person u want working inside of your store thank u jasmine for not being rude
