Was going to get a door dash order and when I arrived I was told I needed to call customer service by a guy standing outside. I told him okay and proceeded to walk inside because I thought he was just some person but he apparently was the general manager and was extremely rude explaining why I needed to call customer service because they were out of dough and couldn't make the order. Didn't catch his name, he has a beard though and didn't look nor act professionally. Definitely someone that should be removed from any sort of customer service position.

Very bad treatment. I came to receive a Dardash order and one of them told me that it takes ten minutes. I waited until twenty minutes and it did not end. Another person came with a beard-faced face and told me a few minutes and also for you to finish. When I told him why are you lying he told me to get out of the restaurant. This is bad treatment and this is not the first time. I will file a complaint. Complaint to Dardash

We have been ordering Pizza Hut more and more frequently over the past few months. While continuing to earn points on their app, we continue to get a lot of food at some very reasonable prices. And the staff at this location has been awesome everytime with our big orders. We will continue to frequent here based on prices and customer service.

Pizza was cold when delivered and it was not cooked all the way both pizzas and bread sticks were gooey and it took almost and hr after it was ready to be delivered will unfortunately not be going back there till they figure out stuff and I love pizza hut just it's just not been the same since COVID food is always cold or undercooked. Okay so updating my review after speaking with Marcus he made it right very nice guy and very professional gave us in store credit and apologize for what went down the day of our order definitely going to give them another chance and from now on just pick up our pizza again we love pizza hut and support our local business here in Trenton! Thanks again Marcus

Orders are never right and when they are right the breadsticks are burnt and its not right out of oven or wrong crust. It's ridiculous

How are we going on an hour and 40 minutes when they told me an hour for delivery and it's still not here i do not recommend ordering from them And then when it shows up I asked for extra sauce and paid for it and did not get any of it when the pizza was cold and the wings were cold I do not know how they're still in business horrible experience

Ordered delivery at 3:54, it's 5:28 and apparently am not going to be receiving the order. I called and they said they don't have a delivery driver. I would have appreciated a phone call to cancel the order or change to pick up.

Very sad. Burnt and uncut food. They did give me a credit, so my review reflects that. However, y'all need to throw out that veggie pasta since no one's ordering it. It tasted like the metal container.Redeemed my credit, and the food was phenomenal. Best Pizza Hut I've had in a very long time. Great job, guys! Ty.

While we ordered four of their melt sandwiches and they gave it to DoorDash two and a half hours later. I'm still waiting for my food cuz I guess what they had to remake it for the third time. Don't waste your money. Go there and pick it up and I try to talk to Tyler, the manager and all he want to do is argue it don't take 30 40 minutes to get from Trenton to my house in Middletown. They're picking up other orders
