Went there two times and the order was wrong both times after I stated I didn’t want my meal because the order was wrong she still charged 28 dollars for a calzone and fries! After she said she took my Philly wrap and cheese fries off the check this place is a rip off. I miss the old owners. This place deff went down hill. Reply to ur comment….the 1st time we came u got my whole burger wrong and I didn’t say anything so the second time u got my order wrong I was upset and what baffled me even more was if u know u can’t remember peoples order than just maybe you should write it down with a thing we call a paper and pen instead up standing there with your hands behind ur back when people are placing a order.

I spent my morning here. I recently got a car and I am making a point to visit local restaurants in Trotwood.I got coffee, orange juice, bacon, hash browns and toast. Please do not judge my photos because I already started eating.Service: The owner took my order and was super kind. She gave me a couple of suggestions for the most popular items. J was attentive to me and the phone that was ringing almost nonstop.Food: the food was good. They made the Texas toast just like my Grams used to for me and it was fantastic (kind of like fried, griddled in butter). My hash browns came out a bit lighter than the restaurant's usual, so she volunteered to send them back.The prices are pretty good and the fact the neighborhood isn't packing this place out is kind of wild to me. However, from the sound of the phone delivery and pick up is booming.Anyway go visit another Trotwood staple.

Then I order a chicken strip dinner with double side of fry's a ribeye steak dinner with Mac and cheese and onion rings. My chicken fingers ended up being pop corn chicken but for the same price and still only 8 pieces of popcorn chicken. Then the steak was tiny way to overpriced and was well done when I asked for rare. The side of Mac and cheese was a small dressing slice of Mac and cheese. It's just absolutely ridiculous. The pictures are of the chicken strip meal and the empty Mac and cheese cup. Already ate the steak

I’ve been purchasing take orders from Broadway cafe since I lived in Trotwood (2 years). We are a family of five so when we order our bill is typically $50 to $80. We on average ordered food from them once a month.A meal was left out in our last order. I called to try to get the problem rectified. The staff swore that the meal in question was packaged up with the rest. It may have been packaged but definitely, without a doubt was not packaged with the rest of the meals that I purchased and picked up.I was asked to call slice to get the problem resolved. After calling slice, they mediated to Broadway about my complaint. Slice told me that the staff said they had given me the meal and that was that.I had even given them a $5 tip when I placed the order online. It doesn’t make any since for someone to tip a place then have the intent to cheat the same business by claiming they didn’t get all their meals. I don’t take being called a liar lightly. We will not be supporting this business ever again.My advice for anyone who is ordering food from here is to check and make sure you have all your items. Or even better, boycott them.
