Sometimes its just the luck of the draw, BUT the pizza was very salty this time. And I always get the same thing on my pizza... Pepperoni, mushroom, extra Banana peppers. Im just tired of getting what looks to be less then a normal amount of Banana Peppers when I'm paying for extra Banana peppers!!??!!

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and education. I brought my guide dog in Saturday and was told she was not allowed in the building. I explained that I had the paperwork and was then informed that I had to get the food to go. I am not planning on returning to the Troy location and will see if the other locations close by understand the difference between a person bringing in a pet vs a trained guide dog with paperwork.

They have no idea what they're doing, been waiting ALL DAY ON MY FOOD because they love to **** around and bring you cold food , and now I have to wait AGAIN for actual hot food.
The pizza was great but there was a mixup in my order and there was 1 guy making the pizzas all by himself. It took a while to get his attention I, but I don't blame him. He got it straightened out and all was fine.

Well I decided to order a pizza for after work and ordered it early before I went in to be ready after work. Thirty minutes till it's ready and I'm on my way out of work and they cancelled my order. I mean they refunded it but they are still open till midnight and couldn't have the decency to let me know anytime in the nine hours my order was sitting that I could of switched to another restaurant.
