I was greatly disappointed with Donatos’ services tonight. First off I waited ten minutes for an employee to take my order inside the restaurant. Multiple employees were having conversations in the back and a couple made eye contact with me but did not come to take my order. When an employee did come take my order, I had to repeat it because they did not hear it because they had an AirPod in. Once I had ordered and paid, I waited almost 25 minutes altogether for one singular small pepperoni pizza. The pizza was fresh but still a ridiculous wait for one pizza.

3rd time I've ordered from Troy Donatoes and they hadn't even started our order when I arrived at the pick up time. Tonight the Girl at the window wanted us to take our pizza while waited another 15/20 minutes for the rest of our order.

We mostly have good service. But two times here lately, we have been in to pick our order up past the given time, and the order was not ready. We had to wait 5 min. pull back around, still waited 10 additional minutes at the window.

We ordered 2 subs and a salad from the Troy Ohio store. Told them to hold the blue cheese crumbles on the salad. Guess what? Arrived covered in them. Threw it in the trash. My steak and mushroom gravy sub had a cheap Salsbury type steak on it. Tasted more like a soybean burger than steak. With all the pizza and sub shops in town we won't be ordering from this store anytime soon.

I got a pizza and sub from there last night. The pizza was not cooked nor were the subs. So once I finished cooking them I ate. At 3:15am this morning I was puking and ing from their food. The pizza was so undercooked the cheese wasn't even melted. So for almost $40 you can this experience also if you'd like. Never again will I go there.
