I was surprised by this visit in a good way. Went in with my family for dinner. The waitress was good and actually seemed like she enjoyed her job and interacted with my kids. Just like how it should be. Even when she forgot to bring something she was right back on it. Food was good all around. I have no complaints. We normally go to the Tipp city location and you can tell the life has just been sucked out of that location and management is horrible there. They just keep hiring whatever comes off the street. But the Troy location seems to have it together.

Didn't write the order out. Got one of them wrong. Mine sat till the French fries were soft. Heard waitress telling ng another customer what she had ordered and the customer said no I ordered a big boy and she said no you ordered a buddy boy. So the lady just said fine and ate it. Never had a problem here before till today.

Third try, the 2 waitresses were trying to do it all. The place was busy, we waited over 15 minutes just to get seated. The Manager was doing the drive thru between frequent breaks. No cashier, never got our food after 45 minutes... had to leave due to lunch break time had run out. Left $10 as we felt sorry for the waitress, handed it to the manager, voicing our disappointment, she could have cared less. No way to run a business, your company should be ashamed. Of course nothing has happened after my review. Corp doesn't care either.
Stopped by on a way through friday we ordered the fish fry and it was so good. Our amazing waitress Micki suggested it and it was a great suggestion. Truly enjoyed the experience.

I will not be going back any time soon everything was over cooked and the service was so bad they didn't charge us for the drinks too bad the food wasn't even worth the price of the drinks I gave 1 star because I couldn't give a negative 5
