It can be good, but this location is very hit or miss. They currently have a crew that clearly doesn't care. However, the one time it was so bad I had to complain, the owner contacted me and gave me a full refund in a very timely fashion, so at least he cares.

I know good help is hard to find. But you have to make them do the job. Got a pizza in troy ohio tonight, hot and ready pepperoni looks like it was cut with first graders scissors. The pepperoni was just thrown on the pizza, mostly to one side. Seriously?

What's a hot & ready? This location never has them available. Food is standard Little Cesar's but either order ahead or be prepared to wait 20 minutes. Place just save us all time and have a neon sign to indicate hot & ready is actually available rather than waste time parking and going in.
