I got a create your own pizza thin crust and it was really good. Service was good and fast. I hate the fact that there is no rapid fire up here in Cleveland, and also it was a little bit pricey for the size but still a good pizza.

So disappointed! Dining room is trashed. 3 people working doing nothing, the 2 girls game from the back if someone came in but I couldn't get anything else I needed because all employees were hiding in the back while patrons cleaned off their own table to have a place to sit. Pizza crust was doughy like they didn't leave in long enough, went next door for edible food after leaving Troy Rapid Fire

Haven't been there in a while. No longer offer cauliflower crust. Nodoh pizza is basically thick soup. Taste good, but surely not satisfying. Then the price. 2 pizzas, 2 drinks, $27. Why would you pay that for a snack? Most expensive pizza in the world. Never ever again.

I ordered on door dash and it was over an hour wait and I got NONE of the 4 sauces I asked for. That is LITERALLY the entire purpose of rapid fire is the dipping sauces. I ordered a pepperoni breadstick thing (JUST FOR THE EXTRA SAUCE) since there is no option to pay for extras and it was one long breadstick and half of it was burnt horribly and couldn't be eaten and didn't even get any sauces.

I really enjoy this pizza place! Food is excellent and service is quick and pleasant. Restrooms and dining area were reasonably clean for lunch hour. I highly recommend the white garlic chicken pizza, add bacon because everything is better with bacon!
