My husband and I love Ruby Tuesdays and were looking forward to the salad bar on our way through Ohio. But we were pretty disappointed in this experience. The salad bar didn’t have the options we have had in past at other Ruby Tuesdays. And what they did have on the salad bar wasn’t stocked and running extremely low. Several empty containers. No croutons, eggs, onions, peas etc. Mushrooms were old. Just disappointing to say the least. The restaurant itself was not busy at all and we had a hard time getting waited on. Waitress was friendly but she was in need of help. Asked a waiter for ketchup and he was not friendly at all. Food itself was pretty good. All in all … not a good experience.

Once again the service was great Erika was wonderful and it was brought to our attention that she is new to the location well welcome RT is very lucky to have you thank you so much for making use feel like home. Food and drinks was awesome thank you for a great lunch.

This ruby was dissapointing to say the least. Ordered 12oz ribeye medium rare. 6oz of it was fat cooked a lil over.. Gf ordered hers medium came out well done. Server dropped off food and that was the last we saw of her. Manager brought out the kid behinds us steak who ordered it well done and personally wanted to make sure it was cooked perfect. Did not interact with any other customers on their food... think we are done with ruby tuesdays.

The batter on my coconut shrimp was very dark. The server had the kitchen redo it and it was still very dark- not burned- it tasted like the oil was dirty and the server comped it. I ate the salad bar which was well stocked but some items looked old. My friend ordered chicken and he said it was dry. I ordered a drink from the bar which was very good. Service was awesome.

this review has to do with the menu only. The service was great. I had the new bacon club. First off, I don't know why anyone would put a sandwich on texas toast. Then add the combination of bacon and the special sauce which was so acidic I had to go to Culver's and get a milkshake to settle my stomach after making the mistake of eating this mess. If you go here to eat, stick with the salad bar.
Came in with My Husband and Twin Sons , Josh the GM was there to greet us very friendly very professional made great suggestions and even made The Kids laugh !! We ordered 2 adult Burger meals and a child's Cheese Burger and child's Chicken Finger meal all fresh and hot right out the kitchen! We appreciate the good atmosphere !!Josh definitely takes his job seriously and gets a 5 star review from us!! We'll be back!!

I LOVE Ruby Tuesday's! So stopping in Troy is a special treat. Greeted and sat immediately. Hostess was wonderful. Amy, our waitress, cared just as much to find our smile as she did catering to our dinner. Our food was hot, correct and delicious. Amy is fabulous! It takes a well-oiled team, seen and unseen to put this smile on my face. Great job. Carry on. See you soon!

Unbelievably slow, unprofessional bartender who spent more time slugging on her monster drink in the corner than she did waiting on customers. Rude, slow and could care LESS how long we waited. 3 of us left after realizing her buddies get served first. Shocked she even had buddies after watching her.

We had not ate at a Ruby Tuesday in years. Our waitress , Taylor was very friendly and helped with all my questions. She was so nice and patient and the food was great too ! Definitely coming back soon !
