First of all I went to pick up an order and saw the kitchen…literally looked like a trash facility. Secondly the man working there complete bum. Screaming words all the way from the back of the kitchen expecting me to understand an order that was supposed to be made on time will be made 30 mins late…for a single sandwich. Do yourselves a favor and don’t go here or order from here .

We have literally been here for almost an hour for 4 damn subs (we were the only ones here) and still no food. No sense of urgency, moves at a snails pace. The cook went in the back and turned on Zombie by the cranberries on repeat, can't get him to come out front to give a refund, won't answer when asked why taking so long.Finally got food, and shame on me, should've checked before I left, he shorted us a sandwich. ?This place has gone down hill. Such a shame bc it was elite. Stay away.

First time trying cheesesteak and it was amazing. The cook - tim - was great. Made my food quickly. Greeted me as soon as i walked in and with a smile. Felt very welcome and appreciated as a customer. Restaurant was very clean and tidy. Because it was my first time trying it he asked what I liked and made wonderful suggestions. Overall would definitely recommend 10/10 and will be back

My company used The Original's food truck service for a company event in September. While the event went well, we were overcharged for the cost of the food at the end. When I emailed the owner after to ask about the overcharge he said he would fix the charge and issue a refund for the overcharged amount of $200. I have contacted him several times between phone and email with no response for months! I understand it was a simple mistake but now the fact they are ghosting us and keeping the overcharged amount in my opinion makes them a dirty business. Our company used them before for a catering order and we were double charged on accident then as well. Oh, and that was after they had no record of our order when I went to confirm the day before the event. They fixed that mistake but did not fix this one. Our company will not be using them again and feels strongly that you should not use them for any catering or food truck services.

This was my 1st time visiting... I had heard so much about this place from ESPN 850 Cleveland. I am from Philly, so I had to give them a try. I ordered online and I picked up my order. 1 cheesesteak and 1 hoagie. The cheesesteak was awesome with mushrooms, cheese and peppers. However, the hoagie was an absolute dry mess, no mayo, vinegar nor oil. The meats were good, but the presentation had little to be desired. It was the worst attempt on a sub sandwich that I have ever seen. Pictures posted.Parking: Plenty of parking in the shopping plaza on a holiday weekend.
I ordered a large cheesesteak wit extra steak and extra wiz. Sandwich was delivered by door dash. It was not delivered to the room it was left at front desk. When I opened the order there was no wiz on the sandwich just steak and it was dry. I called the location and was basically called a liar by a kid on the phone. When I asked if he wanted a picture of the food he said “ If you have a problem report it to door dash”. I said your the one that made the sandwich and he hung up. Very Poor Experience
