Workers are nice that’s about the only good thing here. Ordered a large iced coffee and waited 25 minutes on the coffee and two sandwiches. it doesn’t even taste like there’s any coffee in the iced coffee at all! Then get home and find part of my order is missing. Spend an extra 15 minutes and drive to newcomerstown! Their food is always correct and fresh and their coffee actually perks you up.

All the workers standing there watching me stand there waiting to order and everybody just ignores me standing there I stood there for 5 minutes and just walked out. I have things to do. I go to McDonald’s because it’s “FAST FOOD” not to stand in line for 20 minutes for food that’s wrong 60% of the time anyway

Ordered curbside and they refused to bring my food out because there was no male to bring it out 30 minutes later I call to check on my food and they say that I have to come inside to get it I come inside to get it and my food is cold by that time and they won't refund my money ....... truckers and people choose to go elsewhere don't spend your money here to get cold food with extremely bad service
