03/28/2024 I had the pleasure of celebrating my son's birthday at Brix 31, and I must say it was a perfect night! From the moment we entered, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The food at Brix 31 was absolutely excellent. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail, resulting in a burst of flavors that left our taste buds dancing with joy. The service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, making us feel like valued guests throughout the evening. Overall, I highly recommend Brix 31 for any special occasion or simply for a memorable dining experience. It truly exceeded our expectations and left us with beautiful memories to cherish.

We traveled to the area for a wedding and found this gem of a restaurant for dinner one night. We always love the from scratch menus and this establishment did not disappoint! All our meals were delicious! Bravo! ??

I really had a good experience tonight celebrating my mother’s birthday with my parents. We had crab cakes, seafood trio, wedge salad, chicken Marsala & cauliflower wings. Everything was 10/10 and the waitress was so friendly I will be back !!!!!
A-Freakin-Mazing!!! If you ever go, ask for Steven. He is the most informative, enthusiastic server I have ever experienced in my life!!! The food was absolutely incredible, the drinks were strong and delicious. The dessert ? mmmmmm. Do yourself a favor and go!!!

Shared a wonderful meal catching up with a friend. Unique drink menu, nice wine list and solid menu. Our server, Ian, was knowledgeable about the menu and was attentive without hovering. Also want to compliment the interior of the establishment. Interesting colored glass for the eye and good acoustics for the ears.
The food was fantastic. Our group tried a few appetizers. The pierogis were the first I have had and were delicious. The shrimp appetizer was great too. I had the grouper risotto and it was perfect.The beer flights were a great deal and offered a good variety of flavors.The waitress was a delight. The atmosphere was quiet and well decorated for the season.Vegetarian options: The caprese flatbread stood out to me. I settle for the grouper though.
Amazing meal! Service, food, everything. Just visiting the area and stopped in for dinner, but if I even lived within an hour of here, I'd be back often.

This has always been our go to spot for special occasions. Today we experienced a rude man at the hostess station that refused to seat us in the restaurant because we didn't use a credit card to make a reservation. This is the ONLY restaurant we've encountered that has required this. We were seated in the heated patio area (29 degrees outside). We walked past atleast 7 empty tables along with an empty bar. We came on a Saturday at 430pm. We were brought our salads, one of them had a dead bug in it. At the conclusion of our meal we spent $100 to sit on patio furniture on a patio and given food with a bug in it. The food also lacked flavor this time, I couldnt even eat half my blackened shrimp pasta because it had no flavor. We ordered 2 kids meala that both are supposed to come with ice cream and the waitress never even offered it or asked if we wanted it. A manager also never came to our table to talk to us about our experience. We will not be returning.
