On this particular Sunday afternoon, the drive-thru had the proper staff in place to make the service surprisingly pleasant. At, most McDonald's I've been to, the drive-thru staff aren't what I'd call ideal representations of the McDonald's courteous way.
For the most part, this is the best McDonald's in Cleveland, especially when Roxanne is there! She keeps the place spotless. Most of the employees are friendly, but there's a couple that are not. Short older guy, not the most patient!

Service was poor. The person at the window did not greet me, and when I said thank you. He said nothing back. Fries were cold & sandwich looked like they put together with their eyes closed ..NEVER
