I wish I could give zero stars, bf and I went through drive thru (as it was only thing open)… ONE car ahead of us, in total we waited about 30-40mins, to get home & realize the food was SO HARD (like it had been sitting in the fryer for two days-NO joke) it was LITERALLY INEDIBLE. Worst food & service out of any restaurant in any place I’ve ever been in me entire life.

This poor restaurant is so understaffed they are unable to keep up. "Out of roast beef". How did that happen at an Arby's?

Ordered a meal on door dash and Arby's cancelled it for no reason. Didn't end up eating lunch that day because I'm working in Dublin from out of town and don't have access to transportation from my job site to get food. Bunch of clowns working at this location. Don't bother with them.

I stopped into this Arby’s location as I haven’t been to one in years and had a craving for something good. There was one other person inside waiting at the counter MAYBE 2 cars in the drive through. I waited 15 min not once was I acknowledged not once did anyone make eye contact and not once did anyone stop to take my order. I was completed ignored. Finally I turned around and walked out. I will NEVER frequent this place again.

The french fries were a little cold when they put the fries on the tray but had to wait 4 minutes before my fish sandwich was ready. They should have waited to get the fries after the sandwich was ready.

Can’t comment on the food because they don’t answer at the drive thru to take your order. Only car there and sat for over five minutes and no one came to take my order. What a joke.

I have basically given up on this Arby's. Typically two staff members. No shakes. Very slow. The design of the drive up lane basically traps you as you slowly move through. I live just across the river but it is much quicker to go to the Hilliard location near Cemetary and Leap roads.

A bad sign is a sign of bad business.I have been going to this place for 30 years at least. Last night when I went in, there were no lights on. I thought they were closed. Drive-thru menu had no the lights on the building, and we could barely hear the gentleman speaking to me through the speaker. Somebody better put some money in this, or it's going to fail. A bad sign is a sign of bad business. So disappointed and heartbroken love Arby's just not this location

I'm a big fan of Arby's but this restaurant is by far the worst I have ever been in. The employees were rude and they sold me a drink and then told me they didn't have ice for it. Now who would want to buy a fountain drink when there's no ice for it. And they didn't even tell me before they rang it up that they were out of ice. The floor and the restroom was dirty and the tables weren't wiped off. This restaurant has a serious management issue that needs to be addressed by the company executives. I will never go back into this Arby's again.

3650 Riverside dr. Columbus Ohio is not listed on the contact form for the company. We were going fishing at the Scioto River and stopped at Arby's for lunch. The young man working was very polite and prompt, even though he was the ONLY one there. He should get some recognition for his working ethics.
