Love the bagels, but avoid visiting anymore due to feeling judged for not tipping. If I was an owner, there’s no way I would allow my staff to pressure customers to tip.

Y’all, i went here after I went to the ulta next door and omg, the pretzel bagel with plain cream cheese is the bomb ?. The bagel part tastes like a real pretzel and the cream cheese was just perfect. Im rating the service a four cause they were a bit slow for that much workers but there was a lot of people so that’s probably why. If y’all EVER dare to take the pretzel bagel off the menu i will be HEARTBROKEN. Im a very picky eater so for this to taste AMAZING means that it’s AMAZING. Next time i come im going to try the blueberry. Ps. I have been going here since i was younger.Kid-friendliness: Im a kid and they were so nice to me

Between the heavyset woman eating a waffle sandwich behind the counter not working, and the other woman that looks grungey. Had to wait on bagels at 7am. Terrible service. Better bagels on campus. Try Cockys bagels! Way better tasting bagels, way better looking

The place seemed clean, which I would expect given the area that it’s in, but all I did was state my order and get asked, “Is that everything?” and the cashier asked me if I wanted to leave them a tip today. “Um…no?” That’s pretty wild to get asked that in person especially when all another guy did was ask my order and then do it. Then the cashier (a separate person) greets me by asking “do you want to tip us today?” That’s really crazy.I ordered The Western and was under the impression that the onions and peppers would be grilled for some reason, and to my surprise and dismay, they were not. Bagel sandwich was extremely dry as you can see in the pic attached. Spent $10 on just a sandwich and an OJ. Will NOT be spending my money here again.

I have enjoyed this Bruegger’s Bagels for many years now; however my most recent 3 visits have been extremely disappointing, in that there were no Everything Bagels available, nor were the staff able to let me know when any would be ready. This location is not supported by the Bruegger’s app, so you can’t place orders, which is convenient like the campus location. Today was very frustrating as I even attempted to call ahead to check if there were any Everything, and I got no answer to any of my multiple calls, so I went to the store to find they were out yet again. I understand this is pretty specific and picky, but I think I have to start only going to the campus location at this point until this location joins the app so I can order and know I will be able to get what I want.

I've been here several times in the past but this is the first time I've felt like posting. On this visit I got the Smokehouse Brisket breakfast sandwich on an EVERYTHING bagel and it was awesome. In addition that little Hashbrown, albeit small, for $1.79 was delicious as well. If I'm in the area I'll be back.

Waited almost 25 minutes for 2 bagels. There were 2 other people waiting with us as well and 3 people working…. We weren’t even greeted until about 10 minutes into standing at the counter. The workers were more worried about making the online orders than helping the people in the store. We love Bruegger’s but sadly this was the worst one we have been to

Really good when you can get it but typically long, slow moving lines. Wish it was a location that let you order ahead. Try Whole Foods or Starbucks nearby as better quick options.

Best bagels in Columbus, as such it usually is a long wait on weekend mornings

Went in to simply purchase a smoked salmon spread. I waited 10 mins at the register. Noone acknowledged me. I left without the spread. I only come here once every 4 or 5 months because the service is extremely slow as mentioned in other reviews. I've never encountered any of the friendly staff members here, only dismissive and seemingly miserable ones. Lots of disgusted and sad faces during several visits. The bagels are ok, the smoked salmon spread is awesome but not really worth my time and effort. There are simply too many competitive options that don't come with all the gloom and misery.

Not a fan of the sandwiches, but this is the only joint that has my garlic bagels, so for that, I adore them. This Italian needs her garlic any way she can get it! ???
