I entered $90 worth the dominos gift cards on the dominos app to have there if we wanted a pizza or something. After the first order the entire amount disappeared. It happened again a second time. They literally stole my money. I’ve written to the customer service email with no resolution. I plan filing a fraud claim. I’ve been trying to get this resolved for over a month! I just want my money back. The pizza is good but it’s not worth our money being stolen.

I was having a bad day. So I ordered 2 pizzas from Dominos (to make me feel better) on West Henderson road here in Columbus. I finished my errand early and went to pick them up. The two guys there immediately made my order. The pizza was excellent. I feel better now. THANKS!

This places customer service is horrible. Just bunch of kids throwing food together I assume. They sent me undone wing just a month ago, and when I called about it the manager I asked to talk to told me they would provide me a “credit”. I try to call today to use my so called “credit” and they’re acting like they have no clue of what I’m talking about now.Never again and if you work hard for your money and wanna safely feed your family AVOID THIS PLACE!Not worth the money for the quality.

Ordered from here for the first time last night and my entire order was messed up. Asked for a chicken habanero sandwich with banana peppers instead of jalapeño and they sent a plain sandwich with just chicken and pineapple…. No habanero sauce, peppers or anything. Asked for “well done” plain wings and received soggy wings… never again… wish I could give 0 stars… a waste of $25 ?

The night shift is a pretty unreasonable group of people. They say they deliver the food on time yet argue with you when you clearly tell them that they're not on time. Not much you can really do except shrug your shoulders and say well. I'm not coming back here again. The food's decent but that's about it. I mean you can get Domino's anywhere.

I ordered 2 medium12" hand tossed pizza. Whole: No Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Garlic Parmesan Sauce, Premium Chicken250 calories / 1 slice (1/8 of pizza). But the same and the other one was 12" tomato a d cheese pizza. I always got a good service at this store, I think it was a mistake. But when I tried to do online feedback, I did know how to do it.
