I've been to way better Froyo before, this place didn't have the great choices. & toppings were subpar, sauces were just in bottles. Paid $18 for two people, I should have gone to DQ. Not to mention we walked in and the workers were lounging on the couches on their phones up until we needed to weigh and pay. They looked at me like I was crazy asking if I could sample stuff, and then just pointed at the spoons for me... lots of sass and could tell they did not want to be there..... I will not be back.

This is my least favorite froyo I've had in a long time. We sampled some of the flavors that were unique, like pumpkin and pistachio. It's awful. Just tastes super artificial. I ended up just getting some chocolate. I saw someone say something about the staff. I remember my high school job and it's not like I expect some teenager to be thrilled to be working a Saturday night, but holy moly, these girls looked miserable. I didn't even see them when walking in. And then when they did end up weighing out my cup and ringing me up, it had a little automated tip button. I'm sorry, but are we tipping people for doing nothing at all? You serve yourself from the actual yogurt to the toppings lol. Also, there should be an option for a cone. This place is just very blah. I wish they had TCBY around here :( Pro tip: My gf got vanilla and some sour patch kids. Don't do this. It hardens, is super hard to chew, and ends up cutting up your mouth.

Went there at 9:30 when the establishment says it closes at 10. Rude young lady said they close soon at 9:15. It was 9:30 so it should have already been closed by then according to her hours and they still had their open signs on and all. We left and watched them lock the doors. Never going there again. Came here for my 5 years old birthday and he was absolutely heartbroken.

We waited from 11:30am (when it is supposed to open) until 11:45am, and no one ever opened the store. We saw someone go in, and despite knocking loudly, no one came to open the door. There were several other customers who left frustrated like we did.

First and last visit. No chocolate or even cookies & cream flavors. They both dropped out. So to cute my chocolate fix, had to add chocolate chips...which probably cost more.Also, how dare you have the credit card reader set up to ask for a tip and a tip jar out when the whole point of the operation is SELF SERVE. I don't get it at all. Plus $13 for a large...probably the chocolate chips, right?

Soft serve was great. Atmosphere not so much. They had USA on the TV and some show with a guy with a gaping wound on his leg. My toddler saw it and was very upset. I asked the cashier if we could change the channel and she told me they are not allowed. Not very family friendly :(

Went around 8pm tonight (7/13/23). The place was disgustingly dirty, no clean tables or chairs, ice cream on the floor, no hot fudge, squirt bottles of toppings where dirty. Will not go back to this location.

i never leave reviews but i had the worst experience here and i wish 0 stars was possible. the credit card machine declined so my friend and i tried another card and it declined, another then declined, and then at some point the machine wasn’t even saying declined it was saying there was some sort of error. we pulled up our bank accounts and we both had enough money. the workers (who were nowhere to be seen when we entered the store) were offering no solutions. we were asking simple questions because we were confused why our cards with money weren’t working on their machine. the worker grabs my friends cup, throws her froyo away, and the two workers start yelling and cussing me and my friend out. we told them we were minors and that they shouldn’t speak to us like that and they continued to yell. the most uncomfortable and unnecessary experience

This place has so many different flavors to choose from. I got the toasted marshmallow and the birthday cake. They have a good variety of toppings as well! Would recommend!

Me and my boyfriend went at 5pm on a Monday and no one was in the store it was dead quiet. The tables were dirty, no music or tv. It looked like it was closed. We made our cups then at the register waiting to pay. After me screaming hello a few times a rude girl game out giving us a dirty look. She then didn’t speak or make any eye contact when I tried to talk to her then after paying $22 dollars or a small and medium cup she went right back to the back. I honestly should have just walked out without paying. I very easily could have. I have no idea how this place is still up and running.
