Bartender completely unaware of patrons. Never looked at anyone to see if someone needed anything else. Disinterested in job apparently. Slow, no urgency to greet or serve patrons. Food spot on, but won't return due to inattentiveness.

I got the cinci spaghetti it was so good. MyMom got the fish and chips and it was so good. My 2 sons devoured the cheeseburgers they loved it they are now asking me to go back.

This is on our regular rotation. But it seemed to be extra good this time. I had the barbecue chopped salad and my wife had the fish sandwich. We also had a bowl of clam chowder. Frankly, the last couple of experiences at Cap City have been subpar for one reason or another, but this one at Rusty was really good. Also two red sangrias that were tasty. Server did a really nice job too. The folks at Cap could learn from him. ;)
Quick seating and service. Service was focused on getting us out quickly. Food was disappointing, as the menu was appealing. Lobster bisque tasted like fish bisque of some kind. No inquiry whether I'd like something else when I did not eat more than 2 bites. Other items were inoffensive but incredibly basic. I appreciate fast service and not waiting for the check, but it is not polite or customary at a restaurant to ask for someone's credit card without letting them see the itemized bill. It felt they were not concerned with whether we were satisfied customers, just with how quickly we could pay and get out.

Met a few girlfriends to catch up for lunch. The entire restaurant was freezing and we were sitting in the back, behind the bar. All of us females had to use the restroom, which was actually colder than where we sat; washing our hands with absolutely freezing water was too much. My waiter ended up giving me 16 dollars back from my cash payment of $20. Which if I was not being honest, I could have left with. Considering my bill was just over 16, I located him and let him know he gave me back the wrong amount. He did tell me, he was not paying attention and thought he was giving me four $1 bills. Once he corrected it, all was good. The food was truly amazing! If it was not so cold I would have given 5 stars.
