The staff is unbelievably rude... I understand he might be too busy cuz he is the only one working there at that time, but his attitude is not something I could understand. Hope he would be happy at his workplace.

Their hours say 5am-5pm. They are never open past 4. Yesterday, pull up to the speaker at 4:20. No one answering. Pull up to the window, I see the employees inside. Pull back to the speaker, again, no answer. Pull back up to the window and they're locking it. LOL. It's literally everyday that they're closing the store early. On top of that I swear they try making their food taste bad to prevent you from coming back. Their hashbrowns are inedible every time. It's really hard to mess up any form of potato. I live right next door and I keep coming back to be disappointed. I hope this place closes so something better can replace it.

Overpriced garbage. Guy that works the drive thru that has a nasaly voice is a jerk. Will charge you for water if you're black. Got charged for water. White couple comes in next and gets s cup of water for free. Nice to see. Last time at this dump.

The worst experience ever!! I will NEVER frequent this store again. I was treated as if it was my fault the store was short staffed. Very rude customer service.

Someone orders a coffee and a sandwich and you're going to charge them nearly a dollar for a cup of water. Price gouging seems like a good strategy in the term. But it makes people less likely to come back in the long term.

Is this location ever open? Drove by 3 times this week after work (5pm) and nobody has been there. Lights out locked up. Says open till 7 on the signs.

Currently in the drive thru line at this location & the guy on the speaker was so rude that I couldn't wait to get online & leave a review. Every time I would try to speak, he would interrupt me & rush me along as if he were annoyed or something. Mind you, I wasn't even being complicated or anything. My order was very simple & I remained very polite, even though he wasn't at all.My first time coming to this store & it will certainly be my last.

I would die without my morning coffee and boston creme. I go there so often my order is ready as soon as they see me. Way better priced than that other place! You can still get a small, medium, or large, by ordering in english!

Should just never ever come to this store. Service is just showing they don't want the business. Then obviously the food and drink are just as bad as they don't care. Coffee taste only cream. Thousand times people walked up the store, and found out the door is locked.
