Rumor has it the owner baked versions of their crust for 90 days until they got it right. Now I easily could have just started that soon to be urban legend BUT I did hear it and it tastes like that story could be true! This place is a must if you consider urself a pizza connoisseur. I would compare their Midwest crust to Tommy’s as their New York style crust is thicker. It’s good! Every bit as good as Tommy’s is being said as a compliment.
Great pizza—we had the Midwest style crust and asked for it to be baked extra. It was perfect. Nice and crispy.Very similar pie to another long running pizza place on Lane, but UAPC sauce is definitely different. A welcomed addition to restaurant and pizza options in UA.

Ok Pizza place.Tried their ny-style pizza first. Pepperoni and Banana Pepper. Good pizza. Good crust and flavorful dough. Simple pizza.Tried their mid-west style pizza next. Peperoni and pineapple. There was way too much cheese. And their dough was underbaked. The bottom was crusty, but the upper half of the dough was clearly undercooked. Would not get it again.
