One of the better pizza huts service is good and they don't piss and money about buffet they keep it clean and keep it coming my company goes here at least once every time we work in urbana.
A few weeks ago we had our order come up wrong. And, after numerous calls I was finally able to speak the the shift manager. We ordered a thin pizza and got a pan (whick went through the call center) (most of them barely speak English). Anyway the shift manager said he would fix it for us but we had to do it that night. Everything from the takeout to the lunch buffet is great. I recommend going to one of the lunch buffets during the week. We paid $25 for 2 people and it comes with all you can eat pizza, pasta, and salad as well as a bottomless fountain drink.
