“The staff here has always been super helpful and friendly!! Once, when I accidentally ordered a dish with an allergen that my friend couldn't eat, the staff graciously fixed me another bowl to replace it. I wish I knew the name of the girl who helped me with that so I could give her a personal shout out! Love the fresh ingredients and the way you can personalize any menu item. The Hot Head sauce is a bit spicy, but really worth it for the flavor. The fajita veggies are also a good add on for no extra cost if I understand correctly. There seems to be a steady stream of business here when I've stopped in, but I've never had to wait long to get served. Definitely recommend!Dietary restrictions: Hot Heads website has a very user-friendly chart for listing food allergens in the foods they serve. And even on the menu they have Keto bowl and Paleo bowl options.”

“I read a review about the cheesesteak sandwich that was so great so decided to try it. I have eaten here many times and never been disappointed. There was basically no meat at all on this sandwich! It was all big chunks of tomatoes, lettuce and gobs of mayo. I was unable to eat it. If it hadn't been so late in the evening I would have taken it back to them. Pizzas and other sandwiches are fantastic! What happened here?”

The wonderful team in shipping and receiving made sure trailer temp was okay and confirmation for pick-up was on point. Cool laid back spot to get loaded at. Without mine coming back ANYTIME!!!!!! I was pleased with the temperature and quality of the food. The lobby was clean and well stocked. This McDonalds was exceptional in service, cleanliness, and quality of the food.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot, entrance, and lobby seating had easy access for wheelchairs.”

“The food was hot but took kind of long and they weren't that busy. There wasn't much kicker sauce on my chunks and the waitress failed to check back. The ladies bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The walls should definitely be scrubbed. The floors were so sticky im not sure they had been mopped in the last month? An air freshener would be great because it stunk. The trash was over flowing.”
