I am writing this to tell you that the women that runs the counter in this place is super nice she is so patient and sweet and the food! Don’t even get me started! I took my mom there because we were running around we got the orange chicken steamed potstickers and shrimp lo-mein and everything was brought out and smelled amazing but the taste. Oh my, it tasted phenomenal the best lo-mein I have ever had. So what people complain that it takes a hot minute to get the food, so what it’s served in styrofoam trays so what it’s not brought out to you on a silver platter any day of the week I would trade all of those for her hard work and amazing service and the taste of that chicken, the taste of those noodles, just amazing nothing I have tried before has beaten that.Just an amazing set of people there.Ignore all of the 1 star reviews saying “oh there’s too little chicken”She asks you if you want it spicy she explains the individual spices and she tells you that you can order extra if you want!She is an amazing person please please please go hereI have went here so many times and it just seems to get better and better
everyone is right. over powering vegetables. crab rangoons are awful. but the hot mustard is the hottest i’ve ever had.

Services was kind slow but ,may be they were busy in the kitchen,well food was good ,any good rice ask them to put eggs shrimp,ham onions in your rice and you will taste a real delicious Rice ,try it

Worst food ever and would not recommend this place to anyone this is. It Chinese food and if I can give a zero I would and the krabragoon was not even filled and the chicken was nasty and the rice had no flavor and the lo main looked out of this world

Put your Nikes on and run! Just DONT do it! Absolutely horrible, not only did it have no flavor but the Kung Pau chicken should’ve been labeled Kung Pau celery. When I informed the lady there was no chicken in it she says, “oh well, that’s how that dish is served- mostly vegetable…” not only that, but there is no hot tea available, and there are no servers, you order your food, and then you go sit down and they bring it to you in the to go containers. Eggrolls were straight out of a frozen package. You are better off going to the grocery store and buying some food to microwave.

I hadn't been to Golden Crown since the Covid shutdown. It was always a favorite but has been carryout only for quite some time., I was waiting and hoping for the dining room to reopen, but it looks like they're going to stay carryout only for the foreseeable future. Sad, in a way, because dining in was such a nice part of the experience at Golden Crown. I decided to order dinner on my way home from work and the food was as delicious as ever! I had the House Pad Thai, which I had never noticed on the menu before. Yum! It was prepared super fast and was still hot and fresh when I got home. A couple of tasty pork egg rolls and some shrimp chips topped things off nicely. The price is still quite reasonable for the amount and quality. I've missed Golden Crown and will be back soon. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Worst "Chinese" food I have ever had. Tasted like they caught the nearest neighborhood cat to fry up in their stir fry. Ugggh. I''ll drive to Amherst next time or just stay home.

When you order the food and eat it in it is very fresh and good, they have a good selection of meals and other things to eat on the menu overall it is a good American Chinese food restaurant
