Twice I’ve used the app to order ahead. Both times, communication breakdown caused a problem. I received an app update that my samdwich was being built and I could pick up at 5pm. I waited in my car in the parking lot till that time. Just minutes before, another customer went into the store. My order had not even been started. So much for the app being helpful. Then, the workers were building 5 sandwiches for this customer, while she waited. I had to wait through all of that order till they started mine. They should have told this customer that she’d have to wait while they completed my sandwich. Poor training is the reason for this. I also had already tipped the workers on the app. I will never do that again, but rather wait till my order is completed to tip workers.

Man, I travel for a living so eating at subway is something you can count on for consistency. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The guy working is incompetent to put it nicely. A foot long sub with a sprinkle of lettuce, 4 tomatoes, 4 pickle slices, 5 fragments of onion and a handful of jalapeños. I told the guy working that it’s a veggie sub and asked to have some actual vegetables on my sub. It went from 4 to about 15, handfuls of lettuce onion and pickles. just going overboard and being absolutely ridiculous. He knew the attitude he was displaying. Even had to say he threw in extra napkins because he almost couldn’t hold it to cut it. I should have just walked out at that point. I paid and tried to eat it, it was such an absolute mess I couldn’t even pick it up and threw the whole thing away. Avoid this place if this is how they train their employees. Absolutely horrible experience and leaves a stain across the whole company and the 13 states I travel to. Good job at driving a customer away from your brand.

Worst subway I have ever been to, two times in a row now. One of the workers had her children in the lobby running behind the counter and was not helping the other worker in the middle of a rush. I waited 30 minutes in line. They burnt the bread and wouldn’t serve it to

I felt as I was treated differently for my skin. The girl looked me up and down and proceeded to give me a stank face while asking what sauce I wanted. I don't know her name but all I know is she had braces. After that encounter I looked down on my phone waiting on my sandwich to get out the toaster as it was a sandwich I wanted toasted, I took a bite into that sandwich it was like a easy way to hell. The bread was completely burned on the under side of my sandwich, which I never knew was possible. As I'm chewing it feels as I'm chewing small pebbles in my mouth, every piece of my chicken was burned along with the bread leaving a charcoal taste in my mouth. It seemed as she started to smirk while watching me take a bite, but I just proceeded to walk out as I didn't wanna start any problems. The next day I called the manager, questioning this behavior wondering was I being discriminated or what. The manager had the same attitude as her and laughed right there on the phone with no hesitation. I couldn't believe it. This place needs new workers, new management, new everything. I should be able to get food without being treated differently for my shade of skin.

Whoever runs this subway should be ashamed...i went here multiple times and never had a problem until i was served by a woman with braces and a large forehead. she looked me up and down and gave me a stank face while asking me for my order , i placed my order that ive had for 3 years and this sandwitch was the worse sandwitch i ever tasted in my 20 years of living , bread was burnt and meat tasted like it was sitting out for days . PLEASE DONT GO HERE !!

Stopped in and grabbed lunch today here. Typical small lunch rush (around noon). There was only one guy behind the counter. He apologized and said the 2nd worker had just stepped out to grab some supplies. Regardless, the wait wasn't that long, maybe like an extra 5 minutes. He was super upbeat, very friendly and quick! The sandwiches I ordered were great, everything was fresh. And the bread was literally the softest Subway bread I've ever had.

We got 2 subs today tonight I asked for all vegetables and for American cheese out of the vegetables I got tomatoes, onions and lettuce got no cheese and the other sub had cold chicken on it cold chicken who does that like straight out of the fridge

They saved my experience.. I went to this location after the other subway in town literally made me 2 footlong subs with no onions even though I asked for them, squished undercooked bread the whole thing was a disaster and only paid 23$ cause I paid for them before they were made. This subway went out of there way to fix the issue and made a new customer out of me. The bread was fresh the subs were yummy and I highly recommend this one. Only go to the other subway in town if you plan on buying it for your enemy. Thanks again!!!

They made a beautiful and tasty sandwich today. Yhe refrigerator in the display case was broken and they had to move the food in and out as people came and left. The three hardworking, beautiful women didn't flinch! They just kept making sandwiches with a smile on their face. The boss (whose name we neglected to get) is am amazing Multi Tasker!
