Very rude staff especially the male manager at wadsworth! Horrible service and they wouldn't refund OR REMAKE for undercooked food and rock hard sub rolls. You as the customer have to go through their corporate office wait and then you *MIGHT* get a gift card!! ARE YOU KIDDING??? It's their company policy?? NOPE! This was a huge order for a party and NOTHING but the cheese bread was even able to be eaten BUT they forgot the sauces that were ordered and NEEDED for it! The pizza dough was barely cooked and mostly raw!! We were basically accused of lying by the manager who said he "personally cooked the pizza and it was definitely not raw". Food was not only inedible but dangerous, raw dough can make you very sick. Long time customers for years!! Never again. NO WAY!! Eat anywhere else.?♀️*ALSO they wont honor their own coupons!!Just so you know a double topping of the same topping isint a 2 topping pizza ??♀️?? *EVEN THOUGH* they charge for it like they are ????♀️

First time here overall good. Food/Drink: Pizza by the slice! Pretty good New York style pizza. Regular amount of options and combos. Full Italian style menu, appetizers, entrees, pizza, soups, salads, and desserts! Pizza: Needed more crunch not too much, left me wanting more of a bite. Very flavorful, super oily though, the cheeses is the culprit. Sauce was good not too sweet could have used a little more garlic but hey is it ever enough?! The answer is No... Dinning Area: Pretty large, open, area. Benches, large counter, double closed off entry way so mo breeze. Plenty of seating! Prices: Relatively cheap. 2 slice and fountain special for $9.95! Parking: Plenty of space, shared strip mall lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and regular size. Atmosphere: During the weekday lunch rush, it was a huge snow storm so this would be unfair. It was empty. Staff/Attendants: Staff overall was young, and unsociable. Not like the children of my generation. Relatively attentive but otherwise boredom stricken. Decent experience...idk maybe one more try!

I called to place my order and they were super friendly on the phone, very helpful with information about the menu, and delivery was much faster than expected. We ordered two medium pizzas and they were both really good, we will definitely order from Antonio's moving forward.

Not very pleased to have called last night during normal business hours at 9:25pm and received a snarky customer representative that said "can you be here by 10pm, we close at 10". If I was your boss I'd fire you immediately! If you post open hours then take my order without being snarky!!!!! I ended up hanging up and told the rude guy to hace a good night and yook my buck somewhere else. Funny bc last 2 times they boogered up my order I wasn't snarky to them...

I tend to forget about Antonio's when I'm thinking about pizza since thr nearest location in Wadsworth is a bit away from me. I got two pizzas yesterday and they did not disappoint. They were cooked perfect and had the right amount of toppings and it tasted very fresh. I also got the spinach and cheese pizza bites and those were amazing. Definitely worth the drive for their food!

I'm rarely in town, visited my grandparents and figured I'd try you guys again since the last time was doughy. This time was absolutely awful. Literally more dough than actaul pie ingredients. And the price for that is insane. Never again. Goodbye to a childhood pie spot. Expensive dough

It's not just about the pizza and the rigatoni and the salads and the jojos and the chicken tenders... It's about how well they took care of each and every detail to make our catered event for about 100 people come off without a hitch. They had gluten-free options, they supplied numerous dipping sauces for the tenders, and they gave us plenty of dressing for the salads. This branch was particularly incredible, and Colleen really took care of us and made sure the food was ready on time. She knew we had a "window of time" to serve our guests, and she did not disappoint! Everyone thought the food was delicious. Thank you, Antonio's in Wadsworth!
