Ice cream was fine employees were lifeless and not friendly. RBF's all around. Ice cream is for kids, at least fake smile at them when they walk in and try to interact with you

Great if you want a quick chocolate cone or a sunday. But it's not a Brazier. Major bummer. Other than that OK.

Do not get stuck in the 45 minute line.. and it's not like most dairy queens, their menu is limited so they don't have kids meals.. literally the drive through takes close to an hour.. & They messed our order up after all of that. Worst location!

Yikes....the vanilla cone I ordered tasted fine and the cashier was friendly but the cleanliness of the employees prep station was mind-blowingly disgusting. Candy, chopped up bananas, toppings, melted ice cream, cups and napkins scattered everywhere. All visible for everyone to look in and see. They had a decent trickle of customers coming in while I was there but nothing to warrant that kind of mess.

This location is okay. If they are busy go elsewhere though you can get stuck in this drive through for a long time. Oddly they are very fast if there are only a few cars. Not sure why they can't keep that speed up when they are busy?!?! The employees are nice though.

I would not recommend ordering food from here. I ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches for about $5 each. When I got home, they did not have lettuce on them like the picture showed, and lettuce is a pretty crucial part of the sandwich for me. I should have been informed that they were out of lettuce. What I got was a piece of grilled chicken that was fairly dry, with one slice of tomato, barely any mayonaisse, and a warm bun (not toasted) that was warm and squishy like it had been microwaved. It was literally school cafeteria quality, perhaps worse. I thought about going back and asking for my money back, but instead I just sucked it up and ate the sandwiches (which was painful). I understand this is fast food, but any fast food establishment would have a better sandwich than that. I would have given this establishment a 1-star review, but I'm going with 2-stars since I did get a blizzard which was of standard quality for any Dairy Queen. If this gas station Dairy Queen can't serve the same quality food as regular Dairy Queen's, then maybe they shouldn't serve food at all. I honestly feel cheated.

The employees that work at this store on the night we came in were beyond horrible. Stood there for 5 minutes, girl said be right with you, fine they were busy and I feel for that. Another guy walks in and just orders, she takes his order before mine! I couldn't believe it. Rang up my 31.99 blizzard cake, and charged 2.16 in Sales tax. I questioned this, she said yes there is Sales tax. On the receipt she charged for dine in on a 10" cake. Shouldn't even be a button on their register as they have no dine in. She made the other customers cone wrong, and when other customer pointed it out she argued with her, and then threw it in the trash while staring at her, that customer laughed out loud as I did. I get it, it's a minimum wage job. I don't expect you to run around like a maniac and be johnny smiles to everyone, but would it kill you to do the job? I couldn't believe the absolute lack of any work ethic, in the 5 minuets we waited I think they made 2 blizzards, line for the drive thru was out to the street. Whoever owns this location should train their employees properly and let the ones go that acted the way they did tonight. I have never experienced customer service like this. The labor market is crazy, if this is the future we are all doomed. Also love the canned answers to the poor reviews left by DQ, seems like they care about as much as their employees! "Sorry you were disappointed, we hope you come again" pathetic
