Bought 2 dozen donuts, absolutely disgusting. Stale as hell. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Then didn’t even bother to call to let me know that donuts that I ordered weren’t available. Unprofessional and unprepared.

There I'd nothing better than a cold, iced dunkin coffee with cream and sugar. They absolutely have the best coffee, hands down. And the employees are so nice. I've never seen 1 of their employees in a bad mood or not smiling. Love your coffee. Don't ever change it.

Waited 20 minutes just for them to forget my food and get my coffee wrong. And there was such a line they said the food was going to be even longer. Ended up leaving with my bad coffee and nothing else because it was too busy even to get a refund without another wait.
If I could rate this establishment zero stars I would. The management here is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. They expect sick employees to still come in and work (mind you these employees are making your drinks and food). Then even if the employee does go to the doctor, they will still write them up! My daughter has muscular dystrophy and got diagnosed with Influenza B. When she messaged the manager to let them know she is still experiencing extreme weakness she was told it would be.a write up due to short notice. Absolutely ridiculous!

Handsom young man took my order, made a very yummy delicous scrumptious delightful stupendous cup of coffee. However he did forget my munchkins so the man i was going to give them to across the street was mad so he went over and had a heated talk with the kid after his shift.
