Kinda gross. The fries were hot, which is rare, but they barely interacted with us while we were waiting for our food. Some lady put our order on the counter and called out the number while walking away, so we didn’t even know if it was ours. I went with my grandma, and she said the manager went in the bathroom and redid her hair then walked back behind the counter without washing her hands. She didn’t put gloves on the entire time we waited in line, which was close to a 10 minute wait because no one even tried to ring us out.

This McDonald’s is bad I’d say 60% of the time. I order ahead on the app and I’m waiting 20 minutes when I get here. I order through the drive through and it’s a normal wait most of the time.Going inside is a 20 minute wait tho.You go up to the counter and they basically ignore you, A girl saw me and then never came up and I had to get another girls attention. Never give you sauce if you order inside, and forgot my straws.We ordered food for inside and they usually bring it to you but today they decided not too. And to top it off there was a hair in my food.

Food is always lukewarm at best. . Cheese is stuck to the wrapper constantly. Really has turned me away from going back. I asked for unsalted fries during 3 different visits and everytime they were given to me with salt. Biggest complaint, PLEASE quit sending out cold food.Dietary restrictions: High blood pressure can't have salted fries.

I made an order online for the front counter before I left my house and said I was already there so it would be ready for me at the counter once I got there as I was on my way to work and didn't have time to wait. I got the there it still wasn't ready yet so I patiently waited another 10 minutes then starting to get irritated as I seen the number on the screen saying it's being made at this point it's been 30 minutes since made my order no workers at the front of the store for the front register so I had to yell back into the kitchen this time. politely letting them know that I ordered 30 minutes ago and that I had only gotten two sandwiches. a couple employees looked up at me but Just ignored me. so I waited another 10 minutes. still nothing. at this point I'm getting angry. I'm already going to be late for work so I yelled back there with an attitude like what the hell is going on. where is my food? only response I got was "We are short staff today. I don't know what to tell you" I waited another 5 minutes as I was already late for work and going to get a point. it's still wasn't ready so I just left pissed off and hungry off to my 10-hour shift at work with no food. I contacted corporate because I never got my food and at least wanted a refund. corporate emailed me back the next day saying that the store manager has to take care of it which she emailed me a couple days later and I explained to her what had happened and never got a response back or a refund ?

Went to the drive thru while on a road trip. It was at a convenient location off the interstate. Drive thru did take a little bit longer than I would have liked, but I think that was due to low amount of staff. The food was as expected, and comparable to other McDonald'

When someone someone has dietary restrictions from salt so they say no salt on their fries and have to repeat it 6 more times I’d expect that to mean no salt on their fries. Not give them the soggy old fries absolutely drenched in salt( threw those out the window ). Won’t be eating here again. Used to be the best of to go to in the early morning.
