Ordered extra avocado and extra sauce and got almost no sauce and almost no avocado. One Half of my sandwich was literally just chicken and cheese.

My first time eating at any Panera. It was pricey. Food was okay. Spent awhile there as I met up with highschool friends from a 15 year gap of seeing each other. I think the manager was glad we left. We weren't loud or misbehaving at all I think we just outlasted quite a few patrons. It wasn't busy either.Vegetarian options: I saw a few items but,never counted how many.

Went to the drive thru to order the pick 2 and waited about 10-15 min with one car ahead of me. Came home to find out they gave me the wrong sandwich, I definitely didn’t order this. I immediately knew it was wrong because it was warm and the sandwich I always get is cold. I ordered the Turkey & Avocado BLT and this is not that.They also gave me this round hard as a rock piece of bread that I didn’t ask for. What a waste of time and money.

They forgot to put eggs in my egg and cheese sandwich. I paid for double eggs and extra cheese. I got no eggs and barely any cheese. My order was sitting in the counter until I asked for it.
Food was amazing, prices too high. Would return with a coupon. Salad and turkey chili

What a terrible experience from beginning to end! You get NO service...you have to enter your own order in a kiosk, pick up your order and carry it to your table, get your own drinks, clean your table after you're finished...and yet...you want a tip!!?? That literally comes up on the kiosk.... Sorry but we won't be stopping at a Panera Bread any more! If there was a small independent restaurant around us, we would have eaten there!

the water from the machine tasted moldy, and we had to drink the water from the women's bathroom which was better.the silverware was dirty and disgusting, it looked and felt unwashed. the food was alright.

As you can see from the receipt, I ordered a bear claw but received something else. What ever it was, it was very sweet and I personally did not like it, and went into the garbage can. The 2 soups... were shorted as you can see in the pic.
