The Wadsworth Taco Bell has the kind of drive-thru that you cannot exit (except maybe monster trucks). Enter and you're trapped unless you Reverse before someone pulls in behind you. I was not that lucky.Already running late - 7:30pm on a school night w/ groceries to pickup still, exhausted but anxious, hungry-hangry, with a kid who needs to pee.We spent 30 minutes physically trapped in that drive-thru line. It was after 8pm by the time we got our food.If I would have been able to just exit that drive-thru, it wouldn't have been so awful. But being trapped, held against my will, that just takes it to another level of awful.

In store pickup is hit or miss. Sometimes the front doors are locked forcing you through the drive thru. Not really great when they are backed up too. Shrinkflation is real across all taco bells.

To pickup a mobile order you have to go thru the drive-thru line, which has taken up 30 minutes.Because of this, we now go to the Medina Taco Bell which has a mobile order pickup table like other restaurants.

The manager was so rude told me I refund my money was refunded never got refunded never got my food, and on top of that was cussing and walked out of the store very unprofessional I would never never return to this location again they couldn’t follow a simple direction it was like dealing with a toddler, throwing a temper tantrum

My husband and I visit every once and a while when we're in the mood for something quick that isn't a burger. 9 times out of 10 you can't go inside because the doors are locked. Their drive thru line gets ridiculously long and they take forever to make your food. The last time we visited (in December) we ordered online to pick up. There was a sign that said online orders could pick up inside. Go to do so, door is locked. Have to sit in the drive through line for 20 minutes just to get to the ordering station to tell them we have an online order. Takes another 15 minutes to get to the window for our food. I didn't check the bag like I normally would have because I just wanted to get home. Once we go through the bag, we found we were missing a chalupa, everything was cold, and every item my husband ordered without sour cream and lettuce had both items on them. The tacos had barely any meat on them (literally, half of the normal amount given at any other Taco Bell). I called the store to see what could be done and the supposed manager on duty basically told me there was nothing she could do since the order was placed online. I asked why the doors are always locked and she said it's because they're short staffed and can't handle the dining room with the drive thru. I asked what they expect people to do if their order is wrong after waiting 30+ minutes in the drive through and her response was that they just have to go through the drive thru again. Don't go here unless you have an hour to kill sitting in the line.Also, since the "manager" couldn't do anything, I contacted corporate to get money back for my order that was made incredibly wrong. That was in December. I just received a response today (2/8/24). Their customer service is terrible all around.
