No star period. Third time ordering online and they still fucked it up. Missing products that we were charged for and found said items they said wasn't in stock in their store when I went to pick up my items. You guys suck or your employees do. Get it right.

They messed up my order again. Did online for pickup and said certain items whas not there and found them in the store after. Then charged me for items they said were not in stock. I'll never do it again.

DO NOT DO WALMART PICK UP! Whatever time or money you think you're gonna save by doing curbside you won't! You will wait hours before an employee even acknowledges the fact you're there! So people must walk up to the doors to try and get checked in after hours of waiting forcing the employees to stop working to deal with upset customers. Complete s*** show save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.

This used to be a great store but over the last year it's completely gone downhill. If you are trying to use curbside pickup you may as well forget it. If they do eventually get your order out to you, you're missing more items than you receive. I've had to wait for an hour plus on 3 different occasions and it's definitely not getting any better. This is a management issue that needs to be addressed. There is clearly not enough people to make curbside usable. Horrible planning on this store's part especially when there is such a need. I hope this store can get it turned around.

The worst Walmart to do grocery pick up EVER. The always and I mean always forget at least 30% of my order although the items I ordered are in store when u call to tell them about it they constantly pick up and say please hold for a manager then hang up on you or leave you on hold hands down the worst Walmart in OHIO spend your money and a Walmart that value you and not treat you like trash

They put me on hold to ask about returning a faulty tv I bought a couple weeks ago with a recipt but no box and have been put on hold for 2 hours then hung up on

I don't know if all Walmarts are like this but this store is poorly managed and hard to shop at. None of the products are marked with the price, the price is on the shelf somewhere near the product...written in microscopic print.....along with a dozen other price markers. All it takes is for one person to pick something up, look at it, and place it back a few inches from where it is "supposed" to be and you have no way of knowing the price. Only Walmart would manage a store this way making employees have to handle every product that has been touched every day to get it back to where it "should" be and make every customer have to take it to a price check machine. Utter ignorance of business and customer.

today I was approached by security at the exit of the store to show the receipt of my purchase. His name is Dan. Several people passed at the same time but because I'm not white he just stopped me. Yes, I want to leave a message to the manager of this store that I am in contact with my lawyer because this is discrimination. my friend who was in front is my witness and even took a photo to record what happened. it is simply ridiculous to approach because I am not white or American.

i just went in for a oil change at 8 a,m, on a fri...manager told me it would be a 3 hr wait due to only having 2 service people NOT ACCEPTABLE....People walking away as i entered......wont be back
Wal Mart grocery pick up is phenom. Saves me tons of $ on over-purchasing and I can meal plan the week, add ingredients and pick them up without carrying around a list. Plus, this is the second time in a month I got free stuff for picking up my grocers. Full on convert.

This is the cleanest, friendliest, most organized Walmart I have ever been to. I just started working down the street I am from Cleveland. From now on if I need something from Walmart I will be getting it from this one! I locked my keys in my car here at 7:30am and they were so polite and concerned and eager to help me get in touch with someone to help me. I am not used to this friendly of people anymore. I LOVE IT!

This Walmart operates by the book. Their employees are trained to greet you and be friendly. They keep the shelves stocked. They clean the store. They ID you when you buy alcohol. They do it all - better than any Walmart I've ever been to. The only complaints I have is that they currently don't carry Goya products and the deli counter can be slow. However, the employees usually realize it and help out, but that can take close to 10 minutes, at times. At other times, the deli counter is humming along fine. Another thing they could do better is not hide the old (clearance) baked goods in the back of the store. They should put them in the front of the store with the other baked items. If you really want to sell them, sell them by putting them in the front. Don't pretend like you want to sell them by hiding them in the back and then throwing them away at the end of the day. I've never been to a Walmart with employees this friendly. I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone when I'm here. It tells me their store manager insists on providing customer service, which is up to this point, unheard of at every Walmart I've stepped foot into.

Yall dont even deserves one star worth customer service I have ever received I called and was transferred atleast 10 times and put on hold for an hour I wish I was over exaggerating but I assure you I am not. This idem I was asking for says you have it amd I may pick it up today. Didnt even look for it. Seriously freaking hate walmart and you people there no wonder you cant get any better job with slow self.
