The food is good, IF THEY GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT. Ive been coming here for a long time and never really had issues until the last 2 months. I now continuously get my order wrong. Most frustrating is that i ask for my crispy chicken sandwich as PLAIN. It will pop up as plain on the screen (i even double check with the person taking my order) and guess what… ITS NOT PLAIN. They were busy which is understandable but everything was very chaotic and not well organized at all. The coke machine was not working nothing was filled up so every drink was unavailable. This rating is for the wadsworth Wendy's. They are very good, food is fresh, hot and juicy the way its supposed to be. Norton and akron stores are absolutely terrible though. Norton being the worst.
