We ordered food through the app and when we went in the lobby the lady in charge yelled at us and said the lobby was closed. I advise her that I had a mobile order and it said to come in. I had no issue going through the drive thru if the app had told me to do that. When I told her she got EXTREMELY irritated and mad. When she gave us our food she slammed it down on the counter and yelled mobile order then aggressively sat our blizzards and drinks next to our food. She was extremely rude to not only us but there were 2 other customers in the lobby that seemed to get her attitude as well. I can understand that being short staff is not her fault, but to treat the customers with such disrespect is beyond me. I probably won't go back again if that is the kind of employees that work there. Also our food was cold and I had to warm it up when I got home I only live 5 min from the DQ it shouldn't have gotten that cold in that short amount of time. Very disappointing, my family usually loves DQ.

I don't understand why the drive thru employees don't ask the customer to pull around to the door when it is a big order. We sat behind a car that was at the window for 11 minutes waiting for their food. They were given one drink carrier and 5 bags of food. Very inconsiderate of the customer, too.

The chicken tenders are AMAZING! The employee at the window named Bailey is a phenomenal worker and everytime I come through she is extremely courteous and polite! She never fails to greet you with a smile :)

They allow their employees to get high during work . My stepdaughter was going into the women's restroom when a female employee was walking out and reeked of Marijuana, we were in the bathroom for 1-2 minutes and the odor was soo strong coming from the bathroom we had to get out of there. We stop there a few times a week as I have a dance studio down the street. We then came out and the same employee kept coughing non stop into her hands then stood there profusely coughing right beside our blizzards being made , I know if we could smell her, the manager im presuming, standing beside her had to have also, we kindly declined our ice cream and said we would come back later. This being the only ice cream place beside Krave it's hard to pass up but I'm afraid we may have to stop coming there. Do better Wapak

I would only recommend to check your bags before you pull away. I’m getting really tired of paying for something and they say it’s in the bag to get home and find it not there. It’s about the third time now my son doesn’t get his French fries.

Good food for the price. Even though the girl at the register was working her first day, the gentlemen overseeing the restaurant stepped up and patiently assisted and taught her. This sign of teamwork, patience, and training was impressive to myself based on their generation and poor examples I've seen in other places.

The store looks great after the recent remodel but I have a hard time enjoying this DQ when the inside smells strongly of sewage all the time and when then drive thru speaker doesn’t notify your workers that there is a customer waiting. I know you have to pull up farther than usual to activate it but it’s hard to do that when the speaker ends up at the back of your vehicle.
