Stopped for gas & see a sign for BBQ - missed ribs because only Fri/sa/sun....but the salad w/smoked chicken was GREAT!! ...fresh tasty food totally unexpected, had some home made cookies on the counter for dessert too!.., and yeah filled the tank quickly !

Meat is not smoked, it is oven baked. No smoke flavor at all on the meat. Had the baked beans and they were not bad. The smoked hash browns were terrible. The only thing on the plate that I really liked was the cornbread.

Horrible horrible place I got a refund as soon as I seen my food....the menu shows nice higher quality restaurant food and when it comes out its not pulled its sliced into thick hard pieces of prefrozen meat that I watched her get out of a bag an microwave it was tough as rubber just from touching it do not eat

Ok, it's apparently a thing in the mid west to have good food at gas stations. This place lives up to that. Pulled pork was tender and delicious. Sweet heat dipper added a nice touch. I'm full now but am salivating at describing it. Will return for future meals.

I have done business at this station for years and have always had good service until today, June 19, 2022. When a beginning clerk tried to complete my lottery purchase and had problems, I asked if there was any other worker who could help her. An older clerk came forward and said she "didn't like my attitude and to buy my lottery elsewhere". I tried to explain and could not believe this person's arrogant and completely unprovoked behavior. Never have I encountered anything but personable, kind workers at this business. The rudeness and disrespect of this individual has no place at a business with normally kind, helpful service.

The 5 stars is for their Italian Combination sandwich only. It is probably the best sub we have ever had. Messy, with that Italian dressing, but it is so worth it!The meats (we had the sampler platter) were seriously lacking in any seasonings and were a little dry.
