I was on my way to work and stopped inside to order some food and was ignored. Then the Manager(Blonde woman) told me she is too busy to take my order and to go use the kiosk It happen Sat.4/6/24 at 1:15 pm with an attitude too. Im calling corporate and filing a complaint. Completely trash service.

bad service . never will i EVER go back . i waited 10+ minutes just to order , another 10 minutes for food (which was not made how i wanted it) , thennn had to go back thru the drive thru for them to fix it , which took another 20 minutes . food was terrible , the buns were hard … the list can go on .

They only took one customer at a time (they were not busy, 3 cars in line) , making you wait 15-20 minutes to order. Then wait another 10 minutes to get your food. And after all that they make your food wrong, making you go back through the line to wait another 35 minutes to get my order remade, While workers were being unprofessional and rude in the back.

The foods good but they are soo slow. Pulled up to speaker after guy in front drove off without ordering, i was told "we will be with you when we can" then waited another 10 minutes with not a single word at the speaker.

This Burger King location is good, but there was a little long line we went there back in June 2023.
first we didn't have exact change to give the girl and she asked if I could just keep the change meaning the girl then she had her kid in a high chair in the kitchen area then we had to wait for our food and when we got it it was all cold probably will never go back

We went in and were immediately directed to kiosks apparently they don’t take orders at the register anymore? And the two women behind the counter were kinda rude, the one acted like it was our fault we order something they didn’t have. Anyways I ordered the Shroom n Swiss melt with no Royal sauce and my husband ordered the Ghost Pepper Whopper. We waited and was told about 5 minutes later that they didn’t have Ghost Pepper Whoppers anymore so my husband said he’d just take a whopper. We got our food and went to the car and left. Everything was cold and old my beef patties were so dry they were crunchy all around the outside, the bun was so hard it “clicked” when you flicked it and it was smothered in that awful sauce there were like 3 old cold mushrooms on it, it was so gross ?. My husband’s was just as bad but he at least ate his. I took one bite and fed it to my dog. I would have taken it all back but we were pushing time as it was. Then we realized we were charged for a ghost pepper whopper we never got and they never adjusted the price. I’d say try Arby’s across the street or drive the extra distance to a different Burger King
