There was a hair in my burger, I was so disgusted I threw up, and the manager working at 1pm 3/21/23 literally doesn’t care. This is not a clean place to get food. They don’t wear hairnets. They don’t wear clean gloves. This isn’t a safe place to eat. Will not be back.

A couple months ago i received a clear plastic bag in my drink went in and the GM Kyle was nice about it and comped my meal (not what i wanted just wanted another drink) I used to be a regular customer and today went in a decided to give them a second chance placed my order and waited for a good while for three cheese burgers (special order) and they weren't even that busy at 2:15 pm. Got the wrong order!!! really pissed at this point i will NEVER go back there!!

This Burger King is literally the best Burger King in Northeast Ohio. The staff is always so friendly, smiling, and in a great mood every time I'm there. They don't sound bored and irritated when they're taking your order like some places. Speaking of that, I literally have 100% order accuracy at every visit. These people don't even forget my napkins or straw. They cover every base. I'm guessing this can all be attributes of a great management team. I can get a burger anywhere, this store sells great customer service, and a delicious meal. This store clearly has great leadership. Keep up the great work guys!

Cheese sticks had a funny flavor whopper had half a piece of lettuce a very thin slice of tomato ? and two slivers of onion .
