I loved Carmen's as a kid. But today, I ordered a simple cheese pizza and it was so unpalatable I had to throw the pizza away because no one would eat it. There was no cheese (one slice had none at all), and the crust/bread was as hard as a rock. It clearly hadn't been made fresh. I wouldn't be surprised if it had been sitting out for an entire day. Sad, because the sauce is so good.
I'm from Warren and have ate about every different pizza around, and nobody lays the cheese on thick like carmens.

Would give Zeo stars if I could.I used to LOVE this place! Was my favorite pizza but I am done with them! I called to order ahead for pick up and at first the phone was tied up and after finally getting through the lady answered and as soon as I said "I'd like to place an order" she hung up on me. So, I called back 10 times and was hung up on every time. I don't know if they are too busy or what but the lady never said anything, she just hung up on me. That is no way to run a business. They just lost my business. Rude, ignorant people. Tell someone there are longer wait times or something instead of just hanging up on them and ignoring customers. Save your time and money. There are other pizza places to give your business to.

Well where do I start... Coleslaw and Macaroni Salad pretty good. Jojos we NOT made the same time the chicken was made therefore they weren't as hot. Chicken isn't of good quality.. Overall was just eh... It only passed the one meal test, rest in the trash. Not the best wasn't the worst.The atmosphere not good not terrible.. Didn't feel welcome, definitely better places to spend my money!

I’ve always LOVED Carmens so so so much, and still do! It’s my number one favorite food since I was little little.. always has been always will be.. I don’t know if it’s there AMAZING unique crust/dough, the MAGNIFICENT Unique sauce, or the DELICIOUS cheese.. I’ll never know lol.. everyone knows how highly I speak of them I’d never lie about how good it is there...BUT!!, they’re workers ARE TRASH!!!!! There’s a couple good ones but they need to do something about it ASAP!! They need new ones!! The last time I went they’re sauce was so liquidy!! Or watery.. and there was hardly ANY cheese on it .. I was so disappointed.. Hopefully it won’t be like that again.. but I pray they get rid of there workers and get new ones because the ones they have are RUINING their sauce!!P.s I wish I could get ahold of the owner.. I always wanted to meet them and tell them how amazing their pizza is.. ❤️ Just the workers there are a problem forsure!! But thank you for having such unique deliciousness!! I don’t know what I’d do if it closed down
