I don't know if they were having an off day or what but we got the potato pizza it was super dry and loaded down with Romano cheese that it was just seemed dry and Dusty and it was lacking something. They did not give the sour cream like they were supposed to but I don't know if that would make a difference. I'm definitely going to give them another try just because I think it might have been an off day. The salad was a little small for the price.

Asked for my pizzas to be done lightly. All 3- 12inch pizzas were OVERDONE, dried out and brown. Very disappointed, have been going there for 40 yrs. and drove from Cortland even though Cortland has some great pizza shops. $47.50 plus tip and they did not make it right!!

I was afraid to go here after reading the reviews, but the owner commented back to someone who said that they went there for 30 years then had bad service/food one time, that in 30 years they never left a 5 star review but the first bad service they gave a bad review, so it seems like people are more likely to give bad reviews, so we went there and the pizza was good and so was the service!

First time here. Ordered a folded sandwich , wings and a 12" Super Meat pizza for dine-in, quoted 20 minutes. 6pm the order was placed. Got our wings and sandwich 20 minutes later and pizza came out 40 minutes after that. NO SORRY, Money back or anything. Super disappointed as the pizza was super overdone.

My friend ordered me food, but to the wrong location & when I went to pick up, the customer service was absolutely amazing, once we realized the problem, they quickly said they could make my sub in less than 10 minutes. Amazing service! Amazing food and the quality is still as good as it was 3 years ago! Definitely recommend the pickle pizza & the Italian sub as they have been my go to for 2ish years now

This is a good place to get pizza. I usually go to the Hubbard location since I grew up with it but this is just as good. The staff is young but they are all super nice. They do their job. The food is always fresh and hot. Order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. I'd say though that the soda machine is always missing the ice and they have to refill it. They have some seating (booths and tables) so you can dine it. Prices are the expensive side though. We got two 9" pizzas, 1 cookie, and 6 wings and it came out to $30.

We order their Chef Salad every week and every week it’s different! A lot of times we don’t get pepperoni which is one of our favorites! This past week we didn’t get pepperoni, bacon or ham! We paid $15.00 (we order 2)for lettuce, broccoli, banana peppers and a tiny bit of cheese! I have already expressed my concerns with Jeremy in the past but I guess nothing got accomplished!Their Bread is awesome!
