Tried stopping at KFC almost every night at 9:45/10pm and the employees let you sit at the speaker and won’t take your order. She walked into the store and could’ve literally walked out with whatever she wanted because the employees were hiding in the back room. This has happened so many times we stopped going there. I wouldn’t trust the food because you’ll be bothering whatever these people are doing and they’ll probably spit in your food. It’s 10pm March 14th 2024 and decided to try again and GUESS WHAT? No one took our order so she went in and again, they were in the back hiding. Please fire these people, the whole crew FIRE THEM!!!

Second time this week my order was incorrect or incomplete. But had no problems with them completing my order or getting proper replacements for mistakes.Parking: Two handicapped accessible spots near the door, roughly 20 other parking spots. Usually empty due to most customers utilizing the drive thru.Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic doors, but wheelchair accessible.

I literally just stood at the front counter and several employees never acknowledged me. All looked my way and said nothing. I stood there for another minute and still no one said anything. I just left. I'm thankful that I have maturity in my old age, because I felt disrespected.

Wasn't gonna do this but I gave corporate a chance. I was dashing here on Valentine's Day. I waited 25 mins for the food. Let's just say what another customer said in front of me, this place is a zoo. From the staff being nasty, cussing, laughing and not helping customers. The inside was dirty as well. This was around 4:45-5:10 pm. The guy the only guy cooking was trying his best. Asking for help multiple times and no one hardly helped him. People where complaining they didn't get the right food. People walked out due to no one coming to the counter while multiple people left. The girl worker with a pair of Jesus hands on her left arm was slopping mashed potatoes into a container with no glove on. Me and another lady repeatedly asked for help. The girl at the window was a mess, refused to help anyone. Y'all have to do better. Manager needs to watch the cameras on 2/14 from 430-530pm

went to get KFC an hour and 20 minutes before they closed, sat in drive thru waiting for any service for like 5 minutes and then went inside to wait another few minutes before someone acknowledged us and told us "the lobby was supposed close" (the door said they closed at 10:30, this was at 9:28) "and they didn't here us in drive thru because her headset wasn't on" but she said she could still take our order; however they were out of mash and chicken so we left. not to mention the horrible smell I got when I walked in the door. this was a sad excuse for any food service establishment.

That was the worst experience I ever had with KFC. The food was cold, they were out of almost everything. The place was a mess. All the tables inside were dirty. I never complain but this was ridiculous.
Everytime I go here, I never get what I order. I only like dark, crispy chicken. They gave me soggy, white meat with a old hard biscuit for $9. I paid for food I'm not gonna eat. I'll never go back to the KFC on Elm. The one on W. Market always gives me what I want and I love the workers, their very nice and my food is always hot and fresh, dark and crispy..

If I could give 0 I stars I would. Started ordering and the kid kept talking over me and rushing me, was very rude. Tried to rush me through the window and so I waited to check my bag. They forgot sauce so I asked the girl at the window. She looked mad that I was asking for the sauce that I paid for and practically tossed them at me. The food was cold like it had been sitting and was just thrown all over the box. Disgusting. This place is basically a slum. I'll never eat here again. Looked like a bunch of kids running the place without supervision.

Girl @ drive thru saw something in my car that was so funny to her that she had to tell her co-worker. They both looked and laughed and when I called her co-worker out on it, he lied, of course. On top of all that, they forgot something in my order. Here's a tip: Before you laugh at someone else, look at yourself first. And instead of wasting time looking and laughing, make sure the order is filled correctly. If anything is funny it's you two losers thinking that's a real job

Drive-thru experience. The lady who took my order was short with me to the point of not taking my order correctly. All over she had poor attitude like I was the reason for her life problems! I order the $20 fill up. Last time I got this, it is was so much food, and fresh! This time they clearly didn't "fill up" and what I got was nasty! Do better yall! Also, to that lady, if you hate your job so much why are you still there? Do everyone around you a favor and just quit!
