This is consistently the worst McDonald's in the tri-state area. Cold food. Wrong food. Waiting for food. They forget both lanes are open and only take orders from one drive lane. They're always out of something. Machines are always down.

Employee can't take orders from drive thru evenly. Some of us make door dash to make a living. Why have 2 drive thru if u can't the orders evenly. Fire ur entire staff n start over. Noobs would b an improvement. Thanks for costing me money trash store

Went through to order coffee and got a hash brown, I get to the window and she tells me machine broken I’m taking your latte off, shut the window and then tells me my new total without offering me any other iced coffee or anything to drink with my food. Than the girl that gave me my food didn’t even say have a good day she also just shut the window. Very rude.

Almost forgot why I stopped going here but tonight reminded me . Told them my order they repeated my order back to me but gave me a drink that was over flown and messy plus didn't give me a receipt but had me pull to the front to give me just part of my order I guess they didn't want to give that free big mac up even tho I gave them the code from the mobile app . Yeah y'all suck ! I'll stick to Niles for good ???
