We went there the second week they were open. Chicken was overcooked and very dry.... And who the hell wants to pay for condiments? They are probably the only fastfood company in America that makes you pay for it. Think about it. How would you feel if next time you went to a Chick-fil-A and they said... That will be $1 for each mayonnaise or dipping sauce. Stupid business model.

The food here is awesome and at a reasonable price, I usually get a box combo. Chicken, fries, coleslaw and of course the canes sauce all go together very well, even the bread is good. The service is almost instant and the food is always fresh. Most other fast food pales in comparison but it's the perfect competition for the chick FIL a across the street.Parking: Lots of spots around the building and at adjacent businesses.

I just don’t understand why it’s so difficult for them to get my order right. I want extra bread I get extra fries. I want a box combo I get a caniac sweet tea? Unsweet. This is the last time I’m going there for lunch. And I can hear them talking about my order they leave the window open.

If it wasn’t for a staff member harassing me and my friends asking for our numbers it would’ve been amazing. Some blonde male employee whose name i remember to be “Eli” came up to us while sitting at a table and started to compliment us and try to get our numbers. it was extremely uncomfortable for us all and we didn’t know what to say besides no and that we have boyfriends. he kept insisting on giving him our numbers till we were forced to leave due to how uncomfortable this situation was. get better employees canes.

This is my issue love risein canes but I did a moble order at this location and like every where else you go to the drive Thru and told them I have a moble order and after being in line cars in front of me and behind me they said you have to come in to get your order and I was like I can't get out and they said u have to come in be cuse that way the order is not messes up I quote I was sopose to get a gallon of lemon aid with it and I said u didn't get my lemon aid that it's 10 for a gallon for they didn't have it there but they had it available on line so they gave it to me in 6 large drinks now think of that for a min u think a lot where new but I think I might not use moble again just the drive thru next time I am not happy with that service for that day and that's the second time being there

Tonight was our first time trying Cane's. I don't get the hype for this chicken. It was completely bland, the chicken and the fries had absolutely zero flavor. The portion of fries was kind of small and the coleslaw is just a sample serving. The toast was the best part, but you only get half of one piece. The tenders were hot, but that's all they had going for them. For $41 in a drive-thru...very disappointing. I can see why they went from huge lines opening day to 4 or 5 cars any time we pass by now.
