I got the wings from the one in howland for my whole family & not one wing was crispy, I chose not to eat them due to them not looking good at all, but my family said it was fine, sure enough my whole family is vomiting the next day. They were not crispy, they were rubbery & undercooked. They looked like bottom of the barrel chicken wings and were slimey. Don’t worry though you can enjoy the undercooked/extra chewy pizza if raw chicken isn’t your thing. Make the extra 3 min drive & go to the one in Warren.

My husband and I ate there for our first anniversary 16 years ago and we have come every year since you make the best chicken and greens pasta we have ever had and every time we come it’s such an amazing experience thank you so much for such a great place to eat and enjoy

Last time I ordered a chef salad. My salad had no cheese, no dressing, and no roast beef. Manager informed me they no longer have roast beef at this location. It would be a good idea to update your online menu if that is the case. They offered me $10 off on my next visit. I went tonight, and ordered a buffalo chicken salad, which was missing the cheese i asked for, I received no dressing on the salad, and I received no dressing for the chicken tenders i ordered. Im beginning to believe your location removed salad dressing from the menu as well. Whats the point of giving me a discount on my next visit, if your going to screw that order up to? We wont be back. Not worth the phone call either. Just know to avoid this place like the plague unless you just have that kind of time to go back and get your order corrected. I personally dont have that much time in my day. See ya never.

Told 45 minutes waited an hour and 10 minutes in the parking lot to receive a cold pizza. That's not Covid, that's poor customer service. Moreover the kid who brought out the pizza said, "here" as the pizza got passed through the car window. His annoyance is not my problem. Sad as this was my favorite pizza. Not any more.

Ordered Cavatelli dinner last night pasta was completely mushy, sauce was very bland no taste at all . Was very disappointing.

I just had a Meat Lovers Deep Dish from Sunrise Express in Howland. It was the best one I have had since new managers have taken over managing the place. I would recommend Howland sunrise express to any one who loves pizza.

You guys need to figure out a better pick up system. Window pick up only. So if my foods ready and the persons in the front of the line isn't I have to wait untill there's is to pick up mine? So mines cold before I even get it in the car. Just tell them to pull around and park and run it out. Over 30 minutes waiting for 5 cars while my foods ready is unacceptable.
