stopped on the way home from the airport and i wish i never did. walked in and the counter person told us to use the self checkin/out to order our food bc she was to busy restocking the cups and lids. so we did. after the counter person was done with the restocking she completely ingored us and went and helped ppl in the drive thru.we was completely ignored and no-one seemed to care that we was there after ten mins of waiting for a order of Cinnabons and a drink i walked out. very poor customer service will never go there again.

It has gone wayyyy down hill since covid. Hopefully they can get it together. People are nice but be prepared to wait extremely long for food. Also sometimes there is missing stuff or stuff isn't made correctly ?

When I started ordering food they just stop talking then I pulled up to the window and the people that were working could see me. So I had to wakt about 10 minutes before someone came and help. I normally never peave bad post but they definitely deserved

This Taco Bell was nasty and I mean look at the pictures. I called there and a woman said she was a general manager and that just made it worse. She continued to tell me that I needed to bring my food back that night in order to get refunded and I was on my way to work. I proceeded to tell her about the nacho bell grande and how there was a scoop of beans on one side and she said maybe the bag tilted sideways ?. I can't make this up on how bad this meal was and how ignorant to the fact that the said general manager who also claimed to be working the drive through when I got my order denied that the service was this horrible. I recommend stopping at the Mexican food place before you go here.

Disgusting, rude, pretend to be closed at night, steals your money that way through mobile ordering because no refunds and no support. Half of order always missing. Just go to Pueblo, their food is restaurant quality and the same price. Never had an issue

It's been approximately 10 years since I have eaten at a local Taco Bell choke-n-puke.You may ask, has it gotten better, the same, or worse.Unfortunately the food is about as close to being unfit for consumption that you can get.On a serious note, if I had a dog I wouldn't feed their substance to him, I would consider it cruel and unusual punishment.It's always my desire to be able to give a retailer 5 stars, and talk them up, but unfortunately that's not always the case, and Taco Bell fits that very criteria.The food was disgusting, the person taking my order seemed to have just crawled out of the ghetto, and the empty dining room was filthy.The meat isn't meat, I discovered that it comes in a frozen bag broken up into little pellets, then hot water poured over it to make it appear as if it were the same ground beef you would buy in the supermarket.When I visited their store today I ordered number two on their menu which is three Taco Supremes, and they were right it's supreme, supremely disgusting.If you're thinking about dining at a fast food establishment, I would recommend driving by any Taco Bell that you may be near.If you want to see what a taco supreme consists of take a look at my pic.
