My order took over 25 minutes to prepare. I only ordered a Mediterranean sandwich. I order this specific sandwich often at numerous locations. This was the flattest and most dry sandwich I ever had.
I went through the drive through and the person on the speaker was incredibly rude. I asked for a scone, "We don't have any. Oh, I guess there's 3 here."I asked for a pup cup for my dog in the back seat, which I have gotten at every single Panera I've ever been to, the response I received, "We don't do that here."I attempted to give My Panera number at the speaker, then I had to give it again at the window, then the person at the window had to go and get paper and write it down....read full review

I went to Panera at noon Saturday and ordered a duet. I was told they did not have any soup. I then asked for a substitution and was turned down by both an associate and a manager. They said substitutions are not allowed. But help me understand why you can’t service the customer? It’s noon on a Saturday and you do not have soup of any flavor available.
