“Where can I begin, India Chaat Cafe is my go to carry-out Indian restaurant in South Dayton! The prices are more reasonable than competition, the service is pleasant, and the items are always served fresh and super hot.I had the Manchurian chicken today and it was AMAZING! This might be my new favorite. Other favorites are the tandoori chicken and the Hyderabadi biryani dishes.The owner Andrew is an incredibly nice gentleman and I'm happy to support a business that understands good customer service, good quality, and who is overall a very decent and pleasant person!“

“I had not eaten at Doubledays for several years. The last meal I had there was less than good, and the service...even more questionnable. At friends request, I met them for dinner last night (3/20/2024). I was most pleasantly surprised, and from the inception of our seating, the server was TOP-NOTCH! Karyn Konicki is her name, as I asked her before I left. She not only recommended an excellent chicken sandwich, did not forget that I wanted a couple of the sandwich add-ons put on the side rather than on the sandwich, but was more than on her game at making sure that I had something to drink, checking to make sure my and my groups food was good, asking if I/we needed anything (several times), and was not gruff like so many servers are today. You have an ABOVE PAR server here! I travel a lot for work, interact with many servers at countless restaurants from Boston to Dana Point, CA, and this girl is far and away the BEST I have had the pleasure of being served by. If I were your managerial staff, I would not let this girl go anywhere else, I would cerainly take good care of her, she is a genuine asset to your eatery! SHE is the reason that I will make this a new regular restaurant to frequent, and will invite friends to do just the same.........and when I do, I will most certainly ask to be served by her and will wait for an opening in her section. “I can’t say enough good things about the service at this restaurant. The staff is incredibly accommodating for minor changes and goes the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. Love taking my family here for lunch and dinner, staff are great as always!Lunch is value for your bucks, it comes with fried rice, crab angle and chicken wing. Which are amazing side dishes before you start with your main one.They also have Korean dishes which I’ve tried too which are very good.I usually don’t leave a review but this was a gem spot!“
