“I'm not the best person to rate them, as I'm lactose intolerant, but they do have food I can eat, drinks (including really good slushes), and usually a couple of options for me in soft serve. The lobby is the typical roadside ice cream shop dining room, with plenty of natural light. It's in a nice neighborhood, in the quaint city of Waterville, Ohio, right on the Maumee River. Some friends of mine have had the regular ice cream and say it's really good, so I trust their opinions. I've had some of their sandiches and fries, and have no complaints. Definately worth going to if you are in the area, or travelling through on the highway.Dietary restrictions: Low fat, zero fat, sugar free, and lactose free options, but vary on availability.Parking: Decent amount of parking on site, with a large parking area in the shopping strip next door.Kid-friendliness: It's an ice cream parlor, what else is there to say?Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to navigate, and the employees will assist with rhe door if needed.“

“If your idea of perfect ice cream is a massive sundae then this is for you. There are no hand dipped flavors or novelty treats. Just a really large portion with lots of toppings. And be prepared, they only take cash and you often have to wait.“

“Stopped in for an early lunch. Service was fast and friendly. I was the only customer that dined in for the 45 minutes I was there. Plenty of people came in for carry out or pick ups. I got the crispy chicken wrap and added Buffalo it was delicious. The only complaint is the onion rings. They poured a large amount of salt on them. I was wiping off salt but the wrap was really good. I spent $15 on a wrap, onion rings and a drink.“

“Milkshakes are on point. Especially on Tuesdays. They have nice green space where you can enjoy your treat. Almost like a yard. I'm not gonna say their milkshakes bring the boys to the yard...I do believe someone said that better than I ever could. In any case, I would be shocked if a trip here disappointed you“

“Super kind staff and DELICIOUS ice cream! We ordered a few flavors in the sugar cones and agreed the secret star of the show was the peanut butter milkshake! Parking is weird- pro tip, park in the back and walk through the door labeled customer entrance.“

“Twisty Treat is a great, inexpensive, ice cream place. They have great ice cream provided by toft and food such as chicken items and hotdogs. You can get bottled water here, and there are picnic benches as well as a drive-through. No bathrooms are available, but it is wonderful, noneless. They also have weekly specials.“

“I love this place and enjoy communicating with the employees. I hate that I live in walking distance tho because I can’t seem to stay away from there??. “Wonderful place to go for ice cream! For me, being dairy free and gluten free can be very difficult and there's not much I can order at regular ice cream shops, but not so here, I've never been to an ice cream shop before where I had so many choices! I had a delicous DF GF brownie sundae, my family enjoyed their regular ice cream as well, highly recommend coming here!“

“The ice cream is always great. I haven't gotten any of their hot food, but it's always prepared quickly even when it's busy or even if you have a complicated order. The employees inside are always very nice and courteous and always great you with a smile despite the time you arrive.
