Pizza was good and ready right on time. I ordered online and was disappointed that I was not contacted regarding the fact they were out of mushrooms for our combo pizza. I would have liked to have the opportunity to pick a substitute topping. I didn't know about this until they gave me the pizza. I asked if we might be able to get a discount on it, as I had already purchased an additional topping. They did tell us we would get one free next time as a compensation. This was a more than satisfactory resolution.

Ordered online at about 6:30 and the app said would be delivered by 7:11. Called the manager at 7:30 to inquire about order and was told that they only had 1 driver and were behind but it had just left. I said the app or text message should indicate if it would be this late but the manager had no reply. The app notified me at 7:38 that the pizza was on the way. The pizza arrived at 7:57. Gonna delete the app and stay away from Pizza Hut from now on. Guess we will be getting Domino's or Marco's pizza now.
Always friendly, fast service, hot food. Wish you would bring back crust toppers!

My only complaint was on my 16 piece wings it was actually 15 pieces with one piece cut in half to make it 16

Haven't been to a Pizza Hut in many, many years, but I thought, why not give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Had a pepperoni pizza and wings. Both were good and tasty. I would recommend them again. And place them high above all of the other national pizza chains, you know who they are. But going against a local pizza place, they would come in second.

I had such a pleasant experience here. Their delivery driver called off for the night and that’s beyond anyones control, I had to wait an hour while they waited for door dash to respond. I ended up coming in to pick up, which really wasn’t a problem.The one employee went above and beyond to make sure my experience was still good despite the wait and they absolutely did. I received a credit for my time and the food was still great. They did amazing especially considering they were working alone. They kept such a positive attitude in a time that I know from personal experience is a tough time to do. 10/10 I wish I would’ve caught their name bc they were absolutely amazing.
