I ordered a "macaroni and cheese pizza" w/bacon to go. The order was done at thw expected time. The employees seemed distant and uninterested, kind of bored. The waiting area was sparse, narrow, and uncomfortable, but not to the point where I'd complain, but definately nothing to rave about. Overall, if you make a pick-up order, I wouldn't recommend arriving early. Just come in, get the food and leave.

Ordered pizza at 5pm was told 45min - 1hr for delivery. We have to call after an hour and 20 mins. They said it was marked as pickup and not delivery. They asked if I was coming to get it I told them no it was for delivery. About 10 mins after getting off the phone the pizza was delivered. You could tell that the pizzas had sat and they didn't make a fresh pizzas.

Thin crust pizza was just okay. Not enough cheese or sauce. Breadsticks weren't very good. All the butter was on the bottom of the foil.

Lack of customer service! I waited over an hour and no pizza. I called back and the person on the phone said no order for my location was placed. Then proceeded to insinuate my card was declined! Really?? Not possible but even if so, shouldn't you have told me that when I was placing the order! I'm just beside myself that this person made me feel like this, like it was all my fault. I guess I'll stick with the other local pizza places. At least they treat you better.

We ordered from Tano’s for the first time tonight. Our pizza was decent, and it arrived sooner than expected which was great, but I wish I would’ve known that when I was ordering breadsticks I was actually just ordering overdone pizza crusts. From pictures I’ve seen on social media, I anticipated these being thick and soft. They were very very thin (like thickness of a pinky finger or smaller) and very burnt - we ended up just throwing them out. A bummer since I even spent extra for dipping sauce for them.

First time ever ordering Tanos and I was impressed, it was a 30 minute drive home and the pizza was still delicious. Service was great as well, I was greeted with a smile. When you walk in you get a small town, charming little vibe. I highly recommend adding the breadsticks to your pizza order! SO GOOD. We will be back! Thanks for all your hard work team. Takes a good team to make an amazing pizza
Im a pizza junky!!!!....2nd time eating here...1st time deep-dish pizza...was ok, this time thin crust extra cheese/pepperoni....and the hole top part of pizza..cheese/pepperoni together came off!! It's like I peeled the layer of cheese Literally off the pizza???but 4 the most part,thin crust tastes way better even with the problems I had!

This is the worst pizza that was ever delivered here. Cardboard crust, very little sauce, and I doubt that was real cheese. We threw both pizzas in the trash and went elsewhere to eat. Horrible place, but the delivery girl was nice. I'll never order a pizza (or anything else) from this place again.
